Pastor Stephanie Francis is a native of Louisiana. She is a servant of God who yearns to do the will of God. She has been ministering for over 27 years.

In 2013, she became the Founder and Senior Lead Pastor’ of 3:16 Church. She has been married to her lovely husband Nolan P. Francis Jr., for 31 years; they have two children. Pastor Stephanie’s desire as a church; is to be a beacon of love to families within the community. She believes the infallible Word of God is for “whosoever.”

Her assignment is to love, equip, and empower every person who has experienced the life-transforming encounter with Jesus Christ.
